Reforestation for the World

General Information:

First of all, trees are needed for us to live. They're very functional. They provide Oxygen for us, they're the home of some animals, they help us from erosions, their wood can be used for furniture, paper, etc. So now we chop them up. Who's getting the negative effect? Everyone. So those forests or trees that might be burnt on purpose or not, stumped, or destroyed, should be restored. The process of restoring trees on woodlands or forests are called Reforestation.

There are two types of Reforestation, Natural and Artificial. Reforestation sometimes occurs naturally if the area is not bothered by humans. In mild temperatures, Natural Reforestation is fairly quick. In some arid, tropical or sensitive areas, natural reforestation is impossible. So, in arid areas, the land quickly dries out and becomes inhospitable to new tree growth, and we have to use Artificial Reforestation.

The world's tropical forests are being lost at an alarming rate, largely due to agricultural expansion.  This loss is resulting in the extinction of native plant and animal species, global climate change, increased soil erosion, drought and flooding.  This environmental degradation forces farmers to clear even more land to grow food for their families.
